How can I change my shipping address?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your GRUB BQ account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

How may I check my orders?

You may visit the “Recent Orders” page after logging in to your account.

Which days do you deliver?

We only deliver on Saturday and Sunday in the afternoon and evening. Please contact info@grub.sg for any special arrangements.

What are the payment methods available?

At the moment, we only accept Paypal payments. With that said, Debit/Credit card may be used to make payment through Paypal.

How do I make payments using Paypal? How does it work?

Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to bbq.grub.sg system for your order.

Can I pay using Paypal without a Paypal account?

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.

By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.

The reason deliveries are allocated and assigned by region + timing window is to facilitate for a more efficient delivery. The timing it would take for the deliveryman to travel from region to region may take long depending on weather and traffic congestion. Hence, having deliveries concentrated within a region will allow for a smooth and timely delivery fulfillment.

Deliveries are schedules/assigned based on region. For efficiency, deliveries are segregated by region + time windows.

This is to allow for customers to get their deliveries within the delivery window.

As we are exclusively an E-Commerce platform, the option for self collection is not available at this time.

Our scheduled delivery timings for BBQ delivery are:
Fridays: 3pm to 5pm

We understand that the weather can be very unpredictable and erratic. However, because we would have already procured and prepared your orders, would not be able to cancel your orders as per the cancellation policy. We would suggest for you to have contingency plans in case it rains.
However, we do not want for you to have a bad bbq experience hence, on a case by case basis, we may allow for a rain check, based on the availability of our schedule, but only for up to 24 hours as anything longer would affect the quality of the produce.
Please do note that cancellations must be done 4 days in advance. Reason for this is that once your orders are received and confirmed, they are sent to sourcing and procurement and upon procurement, we are not able to retract your orders hence last minute cancellations would not allow enough time for us to react accordingly.

Since one of our main focus is on the freshness of our produce, we will not allow for these cancellations to be reissued to the next order to another customer. Hence we seek your understanding on this to ensure your orders are firm upon confirmation.

You can do so by browsing on our product range, identifying the right cuts and size for your gathering before you order.

We provide a range of fresh meats and seafood as well as accessories and condiments and equipment to provide you a one stop shopping experience.

You may amend your order by dropping us an email together with a heads up call in case the email does not reach us promptly for some reason. Please do note that amendments must be done 4 days in advance.

Reason for this is that once your orders are received and confirmed, they are sent for sourcing and procurement and once procured, we are not able to retract these orders from our suppliers at the last minute. And with one of our main focus being the freshness of our produce, we will not allow for these cancellations to be reissued to another customer in the subsequent order. We seek your understanding on this to ensure your orders are firm upon confirmation.

All orders are to be placed at least 5 days in advance. Since gatherings are more often than not planned in advance, allowing some time for us to procure and prepare your food items ensures a smooth and savory experience for your guests and yourselves. Please send us an email together with a courtesy call if you do not get any confirmation email from us regarding your email.

We accept payment via cards and bank transfer.
We would recommend for payment via bank transfer/paynow instead for a faster, cheaper and more secure mode of payment.
Similar to our previous advice on cancellation of orders due to bad weather, the BBQ assistant would have already set aside time to provide his services, as such, it would not be fair to cancel his job for the day as he could have taken another job instead.  The assistant would be able to carry out the BBQ at a alternative location you would have planned for. We strongly recommend for you to plan for a wet weather programme.
If in any case you decide to forgo the BBQ assistant, in fairness to yourself, only the base charge would be forfeited as opportunity cost to the BBQ assistant and the variable component to the BBQ service fee would be refunded to you. This is because you would not have used any of the tools, equipment and disposables and we will not charge you for those.
The BBQ assistant would set up the food serving area, start the fire and cook the food items to the done-ness indicated on your order.
We would not recommend warning up of food items because this may over cook the meats, leaving them dry and tough. Hence ensure the timing is not too early and that your guests are mostly present before you ask for the assistant to cook the food.
After the food is cooked, the assistant would allow your guests to enjoy the food while he packs up his tools and equipments he had brought. Disposables would be left for your guests’ use.
Please do note however, that the assistant is not responsible for cleaning up the event area of trash and unwanted food items so please arrange for those accordingly.

We do provide BBQ services for your events. You would need to indicate upon checkout and choose the date and time slot of your event.  With our BBQ services, that is all you would have to do. From there, we will arrange for the necessary equipments and disposables for your event to ensure your event runs smoothly.

We are unable to accurately advise on quantity of food you would require as different people would have varying appetites.
To make your planning and ordering easier, we have listed a recommended serving size as a gauge. Alternatively you could go with our of our preset packages.

The preset packages are set up with varying budgets in mind. However, if you have a specific mix of produce you have in mind, let us know and we will wok on something for you. Do also inform us of any dietary restrictions you or your guests may have so we could be weary of such requirements while working on your request.

Depending on the order quantity and items, you may wish to bring along a couple of your pals to help you with the carrying or have a trolley ready.
If your destination is close by and if the delivery van is not causing any inconveniences to other vehicles or to traffic, we would be happy to help you with the transporting of your food items to your event location.

    If you are not able to be around upon delivery, please ensure there is a proxy present, and do personally inform us so that we would be aware of such arrangements and that the proxy is around and is acting on your behalf.
    If however, there is no one present for collection upon delivery, our driver would wait for 15min before he would need to move on to the next delivery. This is to ensure the customers subsequent to your order, would not have to wait and delay their day’s plans.
    In such situations, please contact us and we will try our best to have the order sent to you if the driver is still around the area. Otherwise the driver will route back to your location after he is done with the subsequent deliveries.
